FAQ’S

What happens after I have placed my order?

We do not hold any stock, so once you have confirmed the items, size, colours and quantities and have paid – we will order the stock from our suppliers. This usually takes 2-3 days though we can do express overnight orders if required.

While the items are on the way to us we will digitise in your logo so we are ready to embroider/print as soon as your items arrive. If it is a new order we will send you a proof to approve, so you can be sure you are happy with everything before we go to embroider/print. Our current turnaround times are 5-7 days.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order we are equally happy to provide a one off item for a client as we are to produce 100’s and 1000’s.

How quickly can I expect to get my order?

Our current turnaround times are 5-7 days. We will advise you when you place your order of when we expect to ship. Deliveries are either sent by Royal Mail or Courier, we will notify you when your order has been shipped and advise you of the tracking number. Deliveries are charged at cost.

Can I return a product?

If there is a manufacturing fault with the item or we have made an error in our printing or embroidering, and it does not match the approved proof – we will more than happily replace or refund the item. However, once your order has been embroidered/printed it cannot be returned as it was bespoke to you and has no resale value.

How do I care for my embroidered items?

  1. Washing:
  • Machine wash the embroidered clothing inside out in cold or warm water, not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Use a gentle cycle to avoid excessive agitation, which can damage the embroidery.
  1. Drying:
  • The embroidered clothing is safe to tumble dry on low heat or delicate setting.
  • If possible, remove the clothing from the dryer while it is slightly damp to minimise wrinkles and help preserve the embroidery.
  1. Ironing:
  • Before ironing, ensure the clothing is completely dry to avoid any potential damage.
  • Set your iron to medium heat. Too much heat can cause the threads to melt or distort the embroidered design.
  • To protect the embroidery further, turn the clothing inside out or place a clean cloth over the embroidery while ironing.
  1. Bleach and Harsh Chemicals:
  • Never use bleach or any harsh chemicals on embroidered clothing, as it can cause discoloration and deterioration of the fabric and embroidery threads.
  • For stain removal, use mild detergents or spot cleaning methods that are safe for delicate fabrics.

Additional Tips:

  • Avoid wringing or twisting the embroidered clothing during washing, as it may lead to misshapen embroidery and fabric stretching.
  • Store the embroidered clothing flat or folded to prevent snagging on hangers or other objects in your wardrobe.

Additionally, kindly adhere to the care instructions provided on the label of your item, in conjunction with these guidelines. Opt for the most gentle care method that aligns with both sets of instructions.

How do I care for my printed items?

  1. Washing:
  • Machine wash the printed clothing inside out in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Use a gentle cycle to prevent excessive friction and protect the print from fading or cracking.
  • Wash the printed garment separately or with similar colors to avoid color bleeding.
  1. Drying:
  • Avoid tumble drying the printed clothing, as high heat can cause the print to peel or crack.
  • Instead, hang the garment to air dry or lay it flat on a clean, dry surface.
  • Direct sunlight can also fade the print, so choose a shaded spot for drying.
  1. Ironing:
  • When ironing the printed clothing, turn it inside out to protect the print from direct heat.
  • Alternatively, place a clean, thin cloth over the printed area before ironing on low to medium heat.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print, as it may damage the design.
  1. Bleach and Harsh Chemicals:
  • Never use bleach or harsh chemicals on printed clothing, as it can cause discoloration and ruin the print.
  • If stain removal is necessary, use mild detergent and spot cleaning methods that are gentle on the fabric and print.

Additional Tips:

  • Refrain from wringing or twisting the printed clothing during washing to prevent damage to the print and fabric.
  • Store the printed garments folded or hung to avoid creasing and ensure the longevity of the print.
  • If the printed clothing has delicate or intricate details, consider placing it in a mesh laundry bag during washing to protect the print.
